MUAY THAI FIT KICK BOXING.

Come along and join us at SHMA in our “Muay Thai Fit” kick boxing program. Our Fitness kick boxing program involves the traditional techniques of Muay Thai combined with pad work, circuit work and flexibility training in a fun and safe environment.

The classes are run three times per on:

  • Monday Nights – 7pm-8pm
  • Wednesday Nights – 7.45pm – 8.45pm
  • Saturday Mornings – 11am – 12.00pm

Our MT fit program is open to all new students, family members and friends looking to learn a Martial Art rich in tradition and culture whilst improving your fitness, strength, confidence and flexibility.

For our current SHMA Black Belt program members you are eligible to upgrade at any time to our Mastery Program and cross train in MT FIT.

If you have any questions in regards to MT FIT, please contact the academy or see one of the SHMA team members next time you are in class.
